Is there a way to add salt?

In looking at alot of vapes, and I will first say I love buttery, creamy vapes, I am wondering if there is a way to add a salt or salt type note to eliquid?

My thinking here is that besides the creamy element, it is the salt too that I must be seeking and that I notice is lacking in some juice. Obviously vaping is different than eating but, think about how much a lil salt can help bring out a foods flavor.

Would it do the same for a liquid?

I also assume adding salt would be a no no for carts and attys?

There are several threads in this sub forum that pertain to salt. I read them awhile ago but don't remember anyone having alot of luck with it. Do a search in this sub forum for salt or salty in title only.
