Is there any difference between the SmokTech 5v passthru and the MadVapes version?

The SmokTech and madvapes 5v passthrus look identical, and are same price The latter is sold out. Are there any differences to consider?

I believe that they are made by different vendors. As far as performance, I'm sure that they're comparable. The specks look identical and MV claims that it has an improved switch.
