Is there any hope for my Vamo V2?

My insulator under the post was soaked in eliquid and smooshed out and up the sides of the connection. So I read a bunch of threads about the o-ring fix, watched a couple youtube vids, and went out and got the #60 o-rings. Had all this in hand and waited until I started getting random resistance readings and situations where it would not fire at all.

Took the busted insulator completely off last night, finagled a new oring under the pin, and fired it up. Burnt juice. Set at lowest watts, burnt juice. Set at lowest volts, burnt juice. Finally learned a lesson, took the battery out to keep from frying the whole thing.

What now? I can buy a new one, but I really want to fix this one! It's a point of pride now.

I am just here because I like the word smooshed. I hope you can get it working. Since its a regulated mod I don't think playing with the post would do anything to the voltage. I think the only thing that could mess up the voltage is the circuit board. So I'm hoping the NO2 fix is it. Good luck man.

For future reference, the NO1 was on, when I held the left button down forever it changed to NO2. Yay. Put it down on 3.0w and had no flavor and no vapor. Worked it up in increments and it's working like the champ it is. I am keeping a very close eye on it, however, due to the o-ring fix. No more clamping down toppers until pliers are needed to remove them, and keep leaking out of the picture. Have 9 more o-rings in the package in case this happens again.

Thanks for everyone's help!!

Sitting down, facing forward.
Finely Quit,

Get yourself an air controller from Madvapes for under $5.00 It will protect your O ring, threads, and allow you to control the air flow. Best add on you can buy for the Vamo, until the V5 is available for sale.

Errr, ahhh, didn't you post a link somewhere about that??? ROFLMAO
