is there any Pre Punch clear cartos?

just want to know is there any pre punch clear cartomizer, using poly filler?

I'm just getting into carto tanks now, and on the vendors I've looked at, none have pre-punched clearos. you may be able to make them yourself (punch your own holes) but the plastic might crack.
