That is not safe to use? I see everyone seems to be buying it a walmat. And on there and the youtube video's they always seem to say "make sure it says food grade" or "USP". So my question is....is there non USP or food grade VG? And if I use this will I mess myself up?

It says USP on the bottle from Walmart.

Humor???? Why 'Humor'?

Because the OP was asking if it is possible to buy VG that is not USP, it is but generally once you start adding things that make VG not a USP food grade substance they change the name. It is no longer called VG but is named something in relation to what it is intended to be used for. You would be very hard pressed to find a product sold as glycerin that is not USP.

The company Humco that makes the Walmart one says theirs is all vegetable. USP does not mean all-vegetable. But Humco says theirs is and plenty use that one. if you don't want that and want to spend more then go to Michael's crafts and buy Wilton Glycerin in the cake decorating section. If you don't want to buy that then go to OneStopDIYShop.com and buy VG there.

There are non food grade VG's. Found in craft stores and online, mostly sold for soap making crafts.
Would it mess you up? IDK. but the purity standards are different, I'd really suggest airing on the side of caution and purchasing the USP stuff.

There apparently is some USP Glycerin with animal glycerin. USP does not mean all-vegetable. So while USP is harmless for its intended purpose (to put on your skin) it does not mean all-vegetable and when it isn't all vegetable some say it can taste not great for vaping. So you want pure vegetable glycerin.

Humco (the Walmart brand) said theirs was all-vegetable when asked and many people have used it for DIY. Wilton (the cake-stuff company) sells pricey glycerin (vegetable) for cake decorating in Michael's. You can check health food stores and try to find one you trust not to have aroma or other moisturizers added. or you can buy from a DIY vendor online.
