For now it is a hobby. I enjoy it and do not currently have plans to stop vaping. Maybe some day but for now it is a permanent fixture in my life.

It's an interesting journey on my way to breaking the addiction to nicotine. I'm gradually steppin' down on the nic and hope to break the regular need to vape even at 0 nic.

It's gone beyond being a way to stop smoking as I originally intended. I made myself get all OCD on it a the start so I would be distracted from not smoking, plan was a success. Almost too successful. No plans to quit vaping in the near future, things change so I won't say never.

For me...it's both a hobby and a quitting tool. I will someday quit vaping.

I am definitely a hobbyist now that I've stuck my toe into the MOD waters. Sorta have the feeling that we are racing the big manufacturers to the next big thing. offtopic:Which I assume will be what we're currently calling a "hybrid" )

I am so sure I will never give vaping up, Why would I? It's enjoyable, satisfying, safe, and really fun, no way will I consider it.

It's very much a hobby for me. In many ways, it reminds me of my coffee hobby. With coffee it's about finding the best brewing method for you (Chemex!), finding great bean roasters, and finding the right equipments (burr grinders or bust). My experience with vaping has been very similar: finding great juice vendors, equipment, methods, etc. It's way more fun than I ever thought it would be when I purchased a V2 kit as a noob. And yes, a great part of the fun is the supportive and informative community!
