I am a frequent ebay'er I have had almost 1000 transactions on there. Both buying and selling. I always just happen to look for Reo's. Never once found one on there. There is a lot of vaping stuff, clearo's, drip tips, etc and some pv's. They list them to use for "herbs"
To read some of these listings even though I am a newbie myself I have to laugh! The ignorance of some of these sellers. As to what they are and how to use them. Notice a lot of sellers are not US sellers. And they are posting these to be used with herbs. Just a FYI. EBay usually is immediate to pull any unauthorized listings very quickly.

I can't speak for this particular REO, but there are hundreds of e-cigs and accessory items sold on on eBay every month. A lot of it goes for fairly high prices and is most likely paid for through PayPal (at least that's how I paid). Often times the sellers will keep the titles kind of vague - Personal Vaporizer is one of the popular terms used but there are plenty of others.

eBay is not very diligent about enforcing their policy. Periodically they do make an effort and cancel all the listings, but there's new ones popping up all the time. I don't recommend buying there, so many items are bootleg or misrepresented.
