Is this battery good?

A friend of mine bought a mech mod today and this battery was included with it. He said they told him it was an lg he2. which it says it is but the letters are different than the he2 batteries I own.

The top line is the designation of which cell it is and the bottom row of numbers/letters is in regards to the batch number, the bottom row is not likely to be the same between batteries bought from different places.

IMO Froth nailed it

My HE2 also has different text in line 2 than what the pic from RTD Vapor shows, but I know mine is authentic. I also don't know of any HE2's that are counterfeit.

I trust mine down to 0.3 ohms in mechanical mods. 0.5 ohms means even more leeway for safety. Unless something is off in line one on that battery, I think your friend is safe.
