Is this Cigarette Withdrawal Syndrome?

So, it's been a week of vaping for me and absolutely no more analog cigarettes. I always got this sticky feel in my throat after I quitted smoking and switch to vaping which makes me cough or choke up after 4-5 puffs then after that it goes away and I can vape properly. I tried switching e-liquid too. Im using RY4 40% PG and 60% VG. Anyone here experienced the same problem too?

It's possible you are not drinking enough water, and you are a bit dehydrated. It also would help to know how many volts your device uses, and how many OHM's. Lower OHM's means means it will vaporize the juice at a higher temperature. The hotter the juice, the more it will heat the back of your throat.

Please tell us what device you are using to vape with, and how many OHM's for the the atomizer.

You are using a very low OHM head. How many volts is your device capable of carrying? A 2.4 to 3 Ω head will cool the juice down if your battery can handle it. I prefer variable voltage batteries such as the eGo Twist, or Spinner. It allows you to play around with different OHM heads and voltage settings to better adjust the amount of vapor. Some juices like higher voltage settings, and will fry others.

I may suggest reversing your PG/VG to at least 60/40 and see what happens. I need to know what you are using for the delivery device, an atomizer, clearomiser, Cartomizer (with or without thank).

I still need to know about the battery. Does it look like a cigarette, or is it an eGo, or some other type battery. This is important information we need in order to better help solve the problem.

Thank you for your replies. I'm using a 1.6-1.8 ohms atomizer. I'm also drinking lots of water sir.

5. Sputum, Phlegm
When quitting smoking, with or without using e-cigs, people find that their body starts coughing up all the junk they've been putting in - tars and other materials coating the surface of the lungs. This material is coughed up in the form of phlegm / sputum.

Some folks find they start coughing up this junk within a week or two - some faster. The duration will vary, but most people were finding that the morning cough went away in the first week and the rest of the junk came up within the first month - but it's very common.

I'm using an eGO 1000mah battery no idea with this stuffs but it lasts like almost 12hours (full charged)
My atomizer is 1.6-1.8 ohms. I usually put in 2-3 drops I'm scared of breaking it.
My eGO doesn't have a variable voltage.
I'll also try your suggestion to switch PV and VG ratio. Right now I'm trying this RY4 with 40% PG and 60% VG.
And thanks for your replies, I really appreciate it! :D

I would try a 2.4 Ω head and see how that works for you.
