RDA Is this going to be a problem?

I have the same rda.
I'll never do business with Angel cigs again. There customer service sucks and there very slow, took a month to get my item even after dropping 1 of the 2 items 2 wks earlier.. the black insulator on the bottom of mine was all choppy like yours. The insulator also spins lol.. I imagine it's not supposed to do that..anyhow they sent a 5 % discount code and 100 ac points that I'll never use..Angel cigs is a joke

That bottom is supposed to spin, that's no problem. I also don't totally blame Angel Cigs for the overall quality of the rda, I put that on Ivogo (the maker of the clone).

However I do expect Angel Cigs to replace the broken product that they've sold.

Luckily shipping was very quick for me (5 days), but I live less than 150 miles away from where it shipped from in Fremont, CA.

Still haven't received any info about when the replacement will ship though...

Good luck with that, they don't have any customer service here in U.S. so the take a day to reply..n how you know it's supposed to spin? Mine didn't start spinning until after I washed it out. It was tight before hand. It's a pain in the ads to get off of my box cuz it always spins. Oh well only 12 $ lol

My biggest complaint with them really is what they think eta means.. for some reason Angelcigs puts an eta date on there items but that eta date is the date they are receiving the product from Hong Kong.. they need to disclose that information..

So after no contact from Angel Cigs for the past week… the new RDA showed up. It looks great, the insulator is intact, and the lower black "castle" portion is as clean as a whistle. It doesn't spin either, but that doesn't make a difference to me as it's just an insulator to keep the battery from heating up.

This new RDA looks flawless, it's just to bad that it was such a hassle to get my hands on it.
