No...you want the universal one. The center post on that causes a short on the REOs if you screw them down too far and it doesn't take much to do that.

Notice the battery end, the center post is nearly flush with the outside threaded body. That is safe to use.

I have heard that it can be done...but the one I had didn't go up that far and I just wasn't really wanting to risk shorting my mod so I didn't give it a go. I have since given it away or I'd try it and let you know what I find. Perhaps someone who has these can assist with this question.
Naw. It has some kind of silicone gasket that holds it out there. Contact the vendor you bought it from and ask if you can exchange it for the universal atty. Just explain you don't have a V-Mod to use it on.
Horizontal coiled cartos would be perfect for the REO. The only problem is that the draw is a bit tighter in comparison to a vertical coiled carto. So, the way you would vape it would be different since you have to take a light and longer draw.
Also, since the coil is on the bottom of the carto. You could essentially use it without pre-filling it .
