Is this normal for a Provari?

I contacted provape about this issue. They were nice, and told me to send it to them (at my expense) and sent it back saying everything was ok.

Just bought a Mini and it was DOA. No response at all. They asked me to send it back to them (at my expense). Color me jaded, but I am a little skeptical.

These are pretty high-priced devices. Not sure the back end is up to par with the promise of excellence.

I dont think you have anything to worry about. Things happen with any product . Its very rare for a provari to be DOA and they do get tested before leaving. Provape will take care of it. Imo the definition of excellence is Provari.

Just a follow up. There was much discussion of me paying to send back the defective until, but I short circuited this by simply returning it and buying a new one. Love it, of course. Standard provari E1 annoyances still apply, but all it well.

I have all of the same problems with mine!

I first pulled on the spring to make it longer. It worked for a while. Then I smushed it back down. I still have to, from time to time, unscrew it a tad to get it to fire.

I noticed this after it came back from getting fixed. I got it last November.

I have had mine 4 hrs and it does it with the extension cap. It only happens when I have the button like facing toward the ground and looking at the screen.

So I guess a spring stretching is in order.

Other than that Provape has amazed me with SUPER fast shipping. Ordered the 21st got it Christmas Eve.
