Is this normal for a switch?

This is the switch for my smpl mod clone, there's a tiny pin in the center that looks like it's from like molding or something, should I grind it flat or try to snip it off? Don't you want the whole contact to touch the bottom of the battery when you press the switch?

Interesting, i cant see that being a good contact to the battery, like to hear what other owners of the SMPL mod say.

I would sand it flat to increase surface contact area.
It's a manufacturing flaw.

Thats what I was thinking, obviously the flat contact is going to be much better than a pin point. The switch throw should be nicer/better also. It did vape fine last night when I used it before I noticed this.

I have 2 SMPL clones, one spring loaded switch, the other magnetic. Both have flat contacts.

Cool thanks, I want to take mine apart and see if its spring or magnetic, by the way it feels I'm thinking spring, I would think magnet would be much smoother.

Well that was easy, one light touch with a ball shaped diamond tip dremel bit made it perfectly smooth!
