With your build you are pushing 27.93 amps according to ohms law, this would be rounded up to 28 amps, your vtc5 is only 30 amps that's giving no room for error saying the amps are correct at 30, which sometimes they are actually a little lower than they are advertised to be. That said, you are pushing your battery to the limit. I personally would NOT push my battery that far. It could be very dangerous and cause the battery to vent or over heat. I suggest you increase your ohms so you are not pushing your battery so hard. Are you doing the ohms law formula? You need to learn it so you can know how many amps your build is pushing. This is dangerous to be pushing your battery this hard.

Yes i am doing ohms law to get close to the limit, can't i go to 60amps for less tha 3secs if u wanted on the vtc5???

You CAN.... but you could also jump out of an airplane with a blanket for a parachute... end result is pretty similar...

U guys are like over protected parents, u guys are probably doing the same thing as me, whats all this acting sarcastic business all about??

Well, then, why did you ask?

It's not like we looked in through your bedroom window and saw what you were vaping.

You started this thread, asking for opinions. Now that you don't like the opinions you tell us we're being overprotective.

What you are doing is extremely risky to the point of being stupid. You asked for my opinion and now you have it.

The C Rating on VTC5 is 30 Amps, not 60. You would base calculations on the CONTINUOUS discharge rating of your battery as the burst thing is well, its explained here:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ratings-vs-pulse-burst-discharge-ratings.html

Sorry if anyone's sarcasm was offensive or if you feel that anyone here is an overprotective parent. All I can say is what you are doing is unwise and can absolutely bring unwanted, ill directed attention to a device and process that is/has saved many of us from smoking. There is no valid or logical reason not to build within 75% of your battery's capabilities to ensure there are no *booms* (0.20 Ohms). *shrug*

You have been warned! I don't mean to sound rude but, are you reading anything we are writing? You are dangerous!! Don't you get it!! Why would you even ask if you could push the battery past it's limit!! That's like asking can I eat glass? ? Yes of course you can eat glass but you will have conquences. .. pusing your battery past it's limits is like eating glass, you can do it but eventually you will suffer the conquences. Please don't be another vaping statistic. Listen to what we are saying!! Don't be a fool. IF you do the ohms law formula like you said you do why on earth are you continuing to vape dangerously? Please re think what your doing!!!! Please vape smart!

We see posts like yours every day... we also see many people talking about going ultra-sub-ohm who don't even own an ohm meter, let alone a milli-ohm meter (which is necessary for such a low build)
Most of us do not go below 0.3 ohms, because there really isn't a lot of need for it. If you build decent coils you can get "huge clouds" at that resistance...

The sarcasm is mostly because we just get tired of the same old lack of attention to safety and the fact that those who are determined that they are smart enough to ignore facts and sound advice...

Listen, one may not heed the flashing red lights at an intersection, in the middle of the night, and proceed to venture forward.
How lucky do you feel?

What were you expecting from us? Most here abide by simple common sense.
