I'm kinda of the same mindset you are... I've only built super low a few times, and honestly, I've had better vapes at higher ohms... I typically run between .35 and .5 on my daily drivers with my mech... the few that I have built below that were just playing around to see how they hit.... I don't think any of those builds stayed on my atty for more than a couple hits before I ripped them off and rebuilt to my usual resistance...

I loved the analogies, too... all of what you said made perfect sense to me and I can't say that I disagreed with any of it!!

Ok let me change the question what is the lowest i should vape safely, i do want ur professional advice minus the sarcasm,

As a rule of thumb I try to stay below 80% of the battery's current discharge rate. On your battery that would be 24A or lower (I use the same batteries).

My 80% rule actually comes from the laboratory. If you're going to make a measurement, you want to try to avoid the top or bottom 20% of your measuring device (i.e. use a 2mL syringe to measure 1 mL of water instead of a 1 mL syringe). Sometimes this is counter intuitive since using a larger syringe with the same percent deviation could account for greater volume difference (i.e. 1% error in 1 mL is 10 uL vs 1% error in 2mL 20 uL). What studies have found is that PEOPLE tend to account for more error in that 20% range than the measuring device.

Applying this to your case if you rely on the top 80%+ of your battery's CDR or the bottom 20%- of your ohm meter, the chances of YOU making an error go up significantly. Even if you make the same mistakes in the 20-80% range they typically are not as critical. At 24A you could build 0.18 ohms based on a 4.2V battery. Typically people go ahead and say 0.2 Ohms.
