Is this normal?

On Saturday, I ordered supplies from three different companies.

One order arrived yesterday and one today, but the one placed with MyFreedomSmokes is still in the wind. A check on their site says the order is in 'processing.' My bank shows they charged my credit card the same day as the other two companies.

I'm still at the stage of making small orders from a variety of companies in order to find which ones I want to be my major supplier.

I'm not keen on the idea of e-mailing them to find out what's up -- this order is a test of what I can expect from them, and I don't want to light a fire under anyone if they prefer to take forever or ruin the surprise if they're one of those companies that doesn't let customers know if/when there is a problem with an order.

So, from your experience, do they normally take days to process an order, or don't they alert you when an order ships, or . . . ?

I'm a total idiot!

I just checked for an order number, and I can't tell you how sorry I am -- MyFreedomSmokes is on my list of who to order from, but it was FreedomSmokeUSA that I ordered from this time.

I'm terribly sorry, both for the implication and for the extra work I put you through.

I only hope you can forgive a noob!

That's what I thought. I get about 3-5 of these complaints a week. I do not understand how those people stay in business other than getting business from customers who think they're buying from the most reputable company on the internet (MyFreedomSmokes.com) and getting a start-up company who very strategically chose a name so close to ours just for that reason. I just found you're good to your word -- I placed a small order on Tuesday, you mailed it Tuesday.

Everything arrived in good order and better than I expected. I'm becoming accustomed to rather slipshod "cram it in whichever way" packing from vaping vendors, but yours is very professionally done.

Let's hope I like your flavors because so far I really like everything else about your company. :)
