Can be, I'm sure. Only had one or two analogs here and there since I started vaping and had no nausea or anything to go with it, but there's plenty of other crap in cigs that'd rile your stomach up after being off them for six weeks. What juice strength are you using? May just be too much nicotine in general mixing vaping and analogs, so you might need to cut down the nic level, or try and cut the analogs out entirely if at all possible..

Absolutely normal, imho. By reducing your nicotine through smoking and increasing it through vaping, you body will go through detoxification and w/d. When you add the smoking back on top of that, you could easily get a reaction like nausea. Wouldn't take much. I went to vaping and quit all the way, so I didn't have these exact symptoms, but I certainly had many w/d symptons:
