Little bit of a run down on my vaping. I have been dripping for about 6 months now. I got some really good attys that just won't die. Wanting to try newer products, I got a couple of duel coil carts. After sucking on one for about 2 weeks, it started to get clogged. I was looking around the forums and people had all these ideas on how to clean or put new filling in. I grabbed a paper clip, stuck it in the filling, twisted and pulled. I pulled out all the filling and cut the little papers out. Basically, all I have in the cart "tube" is wires. The connects all stayed in place. I started to experiment and drip on those wires. It worked great!!! (shoulda dry burned first though. That first hit about knocked me off my seat)

My question before I continue this method, anyone see any draw backs if I continue this?

But there is an inner-sock covering the coil which does the wicking... So dry burning them is not the way to go, as you may burn this sock...

You thought the dry hit was from not having dry-burned them... BUT, on the contrary, possibly because the very sock fire ......ant type of material was not wet enough...

Keep them constantly wet and you'll be good to go...

Dear chillinwatook-I have no idea what you are talking about. I have a Smoktech dual coil and they don.t have "papers" in them. The filling is some type of foam type material. I tried to pull the filling out (of one that I was going to throw away)with a paper clip and it was much too stubborn. I used needle noses and ripped one of the coils with the filling. I finally just threw th whole mess away. I obviously don't understand this thread. Can you clarify for me?
