Is this ok for starting up

I joined this forum yesterday I was guna start vaping with a npro but came on here for advice and majority told me to look into the tornado ( thanks to everyone who helped advise me yesterday) so I now thinking about getting the following

1x mega tornado 1000 battery
1x charger
5-6 pre filled cartomiser

Reason I not getting a starter kit is don't want to shell out £50-60 on something I might not like have I missed anything I need

Also does anyone know how long the pre filled mega cartomiser last like a rough idea on how many puffs/draws they contain

You really need to get 2 batteries. What are you going to do while it's on the charger?

Get the kit. The kit is the bare minimum of what you need as it is.

But, you will also need more juice.

A Mega carto should last most people a few hours, but people have widely varying experiences with those Mega's. I don't own them, so I can't say.

Out of curiosity how does the Tornado differ with the EGO? They are both Joye products and the Tornado has a 650 MaH battery, so likely exactly the same size.

Even though the mega Tornado will last for hours and hours of vaping, eventually it will need to be charged and then you are left with nothing to vape for a few hours (if you get the fast charger).
The pre-fill cartos are fine but they too will run empty and then you have nothing to re-fill them with.

At a minimum, at least add some juice to your order.

To save a little, even a couple of the smaller batts instead of the 1000mAh one would give you one to vape, one to charge, and at any given time when both are charged, more vaping time than the one 1000 batt.

I have cartos and attys w carts and drip tips. I prefer the attys/carts with my "little" tornados (like eGo & Riva) with the cone on for a beautifully warm, smooth vape. Also fits in case/pocket fully assembled and handy to vape.

I hear you saying that you may or may not enjoy vaping. You can always sell you stuff on ECF classifieds so the $$$ risk is not so much for the opportunity to save huge $$$$ over the smokes.

Add some liquid and cartomizers and you will be good to go

one option, since you just want to try it, is to get the eGo usb passthrough for $25 -- you can plug it into your computer and use it while it recharges and then when you want to go out, you just unplug it and take it with you. Also, you'll want cartomizers (I like the standard 510 cartomizers) and some juice (get at least 30mL in various flavors and strengths). Good luck!
