They really don't say much about it except that they buy from reputable manufactures around the world. So basically there saying trust us. I wouldn't buy from them unless I knew more about the product. Maybe call them and ask them to send you a chemical data sheet on it.

Natures Oil and Bulk Apothecary are one in the same. Natures Oil is their branded products division. Official link below confirming this.

About Us

That said, most of their products are for soap & lotion making and are of good quality. They are advertised as USP Grade, though it may not be on the label. They may be overlooking it, or they may simply not add it to their product labeling, but the only way to know for sure 100% would be to get in touch with them directly.

How much in liquid volume is a pound of PG? VG?

Water has a density of about 1 gm/ml (at standard temperature and pressure), so 1 pound would be about 15.33 fluid oz.
PG is a little denser (@1.04gm/ml), so 1 pound of PG would be about 14.74 fluid oz
VG (@1.26gm/ml) is a little denser yet, so 1 pound of VG would be about 12.17 fluid oz.

For quick and dirty calculations, I remember from high school chemistry (many years ago - but it stuck with me) that when figuring the weight of water that "A pint's a pound the world around!"
A pint of water is around a pound and a gallon is around 8 pounds.
