Is this really a mech?

It's a itaste 134 clone but claims to be a mech. Just curious because the button looks like it just an oversized ego. Like is has a simple board or something and not a mech. If it is a mech it's gotta be the most dangerous cause i see no way to lock it.

I know nothing about this particular one but it says it's just stylized like the 134.

I do have a 134 and it's an OVERSIZED ego if you want to make that comparison. It's thicker around (by a lot) than my vamo and about twice as heavy.
