According to ohms law, then for 0.16 ohms you need a 26.25 amp draw from your battery at 4.2v full charge(110 watts)and continous discharge to be safe. 35 amps probably should be fine, considering that it actually is capable of running 35 amps and with a non-dangerous temperature to boot.

I dont know the efest 35a 2500mah, but the 35a 2900mah and 2800mah I believe was tested by mooch to only be good for about 20 or max 25 amps before going over 100 degress celsius and dropping voltage exceedingly. I believe he recommends max 65watts or about min. 0.2 ohms for these cells...

The Purple Efest 2500mAh is a 20 amp CDR cell which you are drawing at a maximum of 26 amps. This is not safe at all.
I don't know what the true CDR rating of the 2800 mAh Efest cell is but, but I can guarantee it is lower than 20 amps. Efest pretty much put what ever figures they feel like on their products, they are not to be trusted and should certainly be avoided in my opinion.

For a build that low you need a Sony VTC4 (25/30 amp CDR) or an LG HB6 (30 amp CDR).

Take a minute or two to read this blog by @Mooch, it has a list of recommended batteries and their true tested ratings.
