Is this setup safe?(ego one 2200mah/Kangertech Nano tank 1.5ohm coils)

Hi everyone,

I have 2 Ego one's(both 2200mah/2.5ml) and I wanted to try a new tank/atomizer since these Ego ones like to flood daily apparently. I really like these ego ones but that is the downside. Is the Kangertech Nano tank/their 1.5 ohm vertical coil safe on the Ego one battery Voltage and Watts wise?

Yes. The only problem you will have will be a weaker vape.

I would use the 1.2ohm OCC coils and then charge the battery sooner than later. It's going to start around 14 watts, which is... um... not a lot for a Nano.

It may or may not fire with a 1.5 Ohm coil. It should be safe enough with a 1.5 ohm coil, the coil heads for the eGo One atty are .5 or 1 Ohm. But JoyeTech's website doesn't say the resistance parameters the mod will fire. Take that with a grain of salt. I don't have one and have never tried it.

I do mostly mouth to lung inhales if that makes a difference...

I used to do mouth to lung inhales as well till I got my Subtank Mini. The airflow on it is huge and trying to do MTL didn't feel natural so I started doing Lung inhales and it hits much better. I don't know if the Nano has the same airflow on it as the Mini but if it does you might feel like you're getting some really weak hits even on the 1.2/1.5 coils.

If that's the case I will just get another Mod(coolfire 4 maybe?) and not let the tank go to waste. Sounds like a good backup plan lol.

the site claims the unit is good for 1 ohm coils so there should be no problem. they list a C.5 version that is good for 0.5 ohm coils

I have a ego one tank i dont like it at all (weak flavor) I also have a Nano that i cant stand its been sitting on my table for 5 months, the only tanks i use now are eleaf gs air tanks they have the best hit and best flavor and they are only $9

my wife is using the subtank mini with 1.2 ohm coils on her ego one and it works fine for her
