If the hole at the bottom of my drip tip is to big is that a bad thing? I'm worried that I end up giving suction on the filler.
Is to big of a hole at the bottom of my drip tip a bad thing?

Not really sure I understand the question, if the drip tip fits then as I far I know, it is not too big. If you like hot metal you can skip the drip completely. Not sure if you are worrying about getting liquid in your mouth, or sucking the filler right out of the carto. If either one of those two things happens, they you are inhaling a little hard.

Not the exterior diameter size of the drip tip but the inner diameter of the hole on the bottom of the drp tip
It shouldn't be a problem, I have many different drip tips and never even gave any thought to the size of the hole at the bottom. If you do experience problems, then maybe try a tip with a smaller hole. Good luck, and sorry I couldn't be of more help.
