If I had to choose between VV and feeding, I would have a really tough choice on my hands. Happily there are a variety of mods that make it so I don't.

Oh and I hate filler. tanks are out for me too.

I hated cartos for a long while, but now I love thier ease of use and dont even own any atties anymore, go figure =)

Unfortunately for me money is super tight and im really pulling strings to free up $50 bucks for a twist, charger, and a couple of the cheaper tanks. One day, though, a VV REO shall be had by me and that day will be a glorious one!

For me it's a must. Low Res 4.2 is my sweet spot. I do not see myself ever going back or purchasing another mechanical mod and the market is gearing towards this type of system. I do have one Vapage XL that is my on the run getting out of the house and need a PV grab, it's great for I need to vape and I'm on the go. With a fully charged battery your close to 4.1 anyway but at home I always grab a VV.

Yeah, I've been spoiled by VV. There is no going back for me. I tried to about a week ago but, I think it may be time to put my Reo mini up on the classies.
I haven't even gone to variable voltage, only to higher voltage.
I have replaced my 18650s with the 4.8v NiMH batteries for use in my Chucks.

Now my Reo Mini is gathering dust, and I don't think I'll ever be able to use it again.
The time is drawing near, and it might just join yours on the classifieds.

So now I'm looking for a replacement for when I will be out and about all day and lugging my Chuck along isn't pocket friendly.
And it looks like I might actually pick up a 650mah twist to be that replacement.

All up in your grill..
I haven't tried it. I can't get past the way they look. Every single VV I have seen seems like the type of thing that will get me harassed by the cops. I have had a number of bad experiences with law enforcement and absolutely refuse to do anything that might attract their attention. I stopped using my DCT's for this reason. (even though they are pretty cool) It's all mini's and cigars for me now. Call me paranoid but I hate talking to cops.

The reason I find VV necessary is that 1/2 the cartomizers I get aren't at the ohm rating I expected them to be. I didn't know that LR cartos can range from 1.7 to 2.7 ohms. Being able to change the voltage to match the resistance of the carto stems off some of the frustration of poor quality control. Having the ohm checking feature on my PV is invaluable also.

I'm not much for high voltage vaping, I have a Vivi Nova V2 and I like it at 3.7 volts so it may appear VV is useless, but the other tanks I own vary and I'll bump those over 4 volts depending on the juice I have in them.

I have never had that problem with box mods. I use them all the time in public and I've walked right by LEOs vaping away. The only VV tube mod I have is a Buzz Pro. I like feeders so I use it with a DOD. There's something that looks outlandish. Too cumbersome to use for out and about though. I have used it on long car trips. I never got any attention from law enforcement. I did have a car full of young men pull up beside me and give me thumbs up though. :)

If you care about your throat hit/taste of your fave juices ... Its for you ;-) try the ego twist ... wish i had it rather then my cheapo box mod :-(

I don't really have to choose between an ego twist and the old goat. I'm not interested in the ego twist. Of course I could afford it, but I don't want it.
And the old goat may be a "cheapo" box mod, but it's built with love. That, to me, is important.

there is "cautious or caught" in my world to, no middle ground. The vv(bottom feeders) are nice but still either have the box take me in , which I have ali of the more refined ones now.Wish someone would make a non-probable cause vv bottom feeder.

The only reason that might be true is if there's another reason to worry. I have vaped with a Reo mini which is a box mod in public in Florida and there were LEOs around. I didn't have a problem.

That said, if you act guilty, people are going to think your guilty. When I vape in public I mind my own business and act like I'm in my living room. It's not a problem.

We got a few twists during the last week and I must say what a difference. We ordered them at 1000mah. I still have a couple of normal egos at 650 for my low v requirements. That frees up the VVs to vape those juices that like the higher output instead of turning down the VV. provari will be in the near future. But when the 650s go, they won't be replaced. Won't look back.

I'm so well known in this area as the "ecig guy" that they probably wouldn't bother me anyway. But if you have never been randomly harassed or beaten up by cops for no reason then I don't expect you to understand. It changes not only the way you perceive law enforcement, but society as a whole.
