I really appreciated your quick response to my DOA HV 306 issue last Monday (4/4). As you may recall we traded some e-mails and I even decided to buy two of the HV 510's (paid via paypal 4/4) as you offered to include these in with the DOA replacement - ring any bells?. You told me the items would be shipped soon (I think Tues 4/5), but as of today (4/14) I do not have these. Sorry for asking on this forum, but I've sent two e-mails this week with no reply. The only reason I am a little impatient, especially given your recent site changeover, is the other 306 I bought with the first, popped a few hours into use and I am without any drip atty's at the moment. My original order # was 17088.

By the way, I certainly do not expect a tracking number as this was handled outside the normal order process, but given the time (9-10 days) I really just want to make sure it was actually mailed. As well as reconfirm that the pkg includes the DOA 306 replacement as well as the two hv 510's. I understand the chaos you encountered with the site changeover.

Isaac must be pretty busy. I emailed him 4 days ago about a missing item from my order and have not heard back yet. I'm sure he has hundreds of orders to take care of and there is only one Isaac. He should be able to take care of us soon enough.

I sent Isaac a PM on behalf of Brian. A little later I was checking weather radar on Intellicast and it appears eastern Pennsylvania is really getting hammered with some severe storms.

This might explain why Isaac isn't answering, he may not even have electricity right now.

Yea he must be busy or the usps is slacking because I placed my order an hour after he reopened on monday night and still havent received my order..so then it will be monday when I get it and thats never happened...

Thanks for the help TexasT.....I'll be patient. I ordered my HV306's...finally, almost 3 weeks ago. Really looked forward to trying them, so only ordered two. The first one was doa, and Isaac and I traded e-mails....great guy. But I still had one, started using it and a few hours of satisfying vaping later it popped. Started looking for my replacement ( and two hv 510's) over a week ago, and obviously with the site changeover and backlog I'll just have to be a bit more patient. My frustration is more with my satisfaction with a product I just tried, liked and no longer have..... and not Isaac.

Really appreciate your help....I am sure Isaac does as well!

He's a busy guy thats for sure but it's all about supply and demand. We keep demanding he supply us with the best cartos and attys around and when he does then everyone wants to know where he's at. I guess we need to have him wear a camera with audio and link it to the web. Then we can watch him fill our orders and bug him while he's doing it. Okay Isaac? BTW that last bunch of fusions were a dark gray metal not the shiny metal they usually are. It don't matter to me but I just thought you would want to know. I'm sure you knew and if so then just forget it and I'll shut my big mouth. As usual Isaac, You are the numero Uno Amigo. El Premerio.

Yes,

He is busting his cajonas getting orders out and fine tuning the new site. I talk to Isaac on a biweekly basis and fully comprehend what is going on in the background. I can assure you that he is moving as expeditiously as possible.

The problem of coupling a sale with a new site has caused the problem we have seen since the launched of the new site. The sale generated many new customers never seen before. That is not a bad thing. OTOH sales flooded the gates.

I personally know that at this time (he has caught up) he is definitely torn by not being able to participate and update folks on the forum as in the past. OTOH some folks are not only sending e-mails and PMs, some are sending 2-3/day which causes further delays as each one needs to be read and then addressed.

I think that if everyone takes a chill pill and allows nature to run its course, all will see this as just a bump in the road, which is perfectly normal. I do know that the orders being filled are as they are coming in e.g 367 before 401 ect...

So folks please give him so breathing room. You will get your orders because IKV is all about CS. In the future he will announced lie other vendors ahead of time when the store will be closed due to his absence, and when orders will be shipped upon return.
