Man, I hate being the bearer of bad news on this one, but your 0.345" bit isn't going to work in the brass sleeve. The spring you sent measures a true 0.344", but the brass sleeve is only 0.389" OD. That would leave only 0.0225" of wall remaining on the brass sleeve.

The stock spring is 0.300".

Sorry Datalux! I had high hopes. Maybe you'll get it to work another way, but a smaller spring of smaller gauge would potentially work without modifying the brass sleeve. Since I've modded the iseason to use the sleeve for direct-battery contact, I'm hesitant to modify it by drilling, and there isn't enough room for this spring.

Well, that's what I get for jumping the gun. :) Thanks for checking though....

Guess I should have ordered this one like you originally said but it's $18 for a pack of 10 :(

I know, and I keep meaning to get to a couple local places to see if they have something closer to the second one. I just haven't had the time lately; it's the time when my business ramps up for the season.

Ok new numbers -

With an IMR 18490 and NO spring - the rest of the device is 100% unmodified. All I did was take spring out and then the connection sleeve a half turn to make a connection -

Numbers jumped to 3.4 - 3.6 on a fully charged 18490 IMR.

Huge improvement but still not pushing advertised voltage .

Try with a different RBA. I'm getting 0.19-0.23V drop depending on coil on the AGA-T2, measured at the connection points. The 0.19V is very consistent with a 1.7ohm coil. The drop will always be larger with lower-resistance coils, so if you're testing with a sub-1ohm coil that may explain your numbers.

I just got my iGo-L in, I'm a bit rusty with silica (and didn't feel up to mesh) but I finally got it running after a few bad builds. I haven't touched my Vamo since!

The IGO-L is my daily vape lately. I wanted to try a bunch of new juice and it's the perfect platform. No sooner do I drip 20 drops of a new flavor and it's coming through strong, and by the second 20 drips no sign of the older flavor remains.
