Issue with 510 atomizers anf flooding/dry hits

Hello Reoville. I seem to be having some squonking issues with a 3ohm 510 atty on my VV grand. I seem to go between drinking juice and getting awful dry hits with just a few nice hits in between. I have blind squonked forever when I always used boge cartos, but even if i squonk ever so carefully I still have a problem getting the right amount of juice in the atty.

Ive been using a KFL on a tube mod and now I could never go back to cartos, but im really bummed that my Grand has been sidelined. Could this just be an atty issue? I really want to get the reomizer or another bottom fed compatible RBA (praying for this new job I am up for) but I worry I may have the same juice drinking issue I am having now. Any thoughts on what my issue could be?

Can't speak for cartos as I don't use them. But I will say buy a Reomizer RM2 with confidence. It is very forgiving, drains well and you will NOT experience the same juice drinking issue. Good luck w/ the job I'm in the same boat.

When I used 510 attys on my mini, I found that the atty kind of hides some liquid...

After a couple of nice hits, try giving a bit of a suck up without squonking...listen / feel your atty, you will be able to tell if it really needs another squonk or not.

RM2 is the answer. It's darn near impossible to flood. I've yet to experience the type of horrid dry hit I used to get from clearos.

I also use a Provari/KFL from time to time, but my REO/RM2 gets 80% of the action.
