I don't think Rob offers polishing. you can do it yourself, plenty around here have gotten it to a mirror finish, however that also makes it a finger print magnet.
I polished mine myself. I didn't do a good enough job. I'm going to take my Festool orbital sander to it with a polishing pad and some gritty polishing compound. This was done with steel wool and some flitz polish. As for the Stevia, I think I used too much. Put like 5 drops in 5ml. Stuff is bogus.

Just an FYI I should prolly find a Reo thread but I see you've got a gap between you're topper and the mod so I had the same problem (*aesthetics issue more than a problem) and bought a nylon washer (the penny next to it was used for reference) which fills the gap BUT... also I find that it keeps the *heat off of my mod! I also polished the raw aluminium in the logo with a Cape cod cloth..... I do not get The visible fingerprints in this area?

The TRA finish is much finer than it looks, its very easy to polish it. You can get various doors from the website. Or paint the TRA door, then strip it if you want to change it. The pic is a Mini 2.1 with a polished back.
Wow, now I see what my future REO will look like! I never understood with such a sweet looking mod why not match the button? I've seen what he offers.... I don't think the buttons match the beauty of the mod. I'm sure it works fine though! The aluminum button I've seen looks too bulky sitting on top like it does. I dunno, I'd probably diy something?

It has 4 layers..... ppl normally peel the *2 layers in koh gen do and use the fluffy inside or split up in 2 then cut with grain....in this case your box of 60 pads is doubled, 120..... For $12 plus $12 for shipping .......or I've heard good things about Shiseido!
