I am having an issue with this new purchase I picked up. It's an Ego-CC Clearomizer. Joyetech eGo-CC Clearomizer

i am hoping somebody can help me.

I filled it just fine and it works great... For two pulls!? I mean, seriously, the flavor is amazing and the pull is nice and strong. buy after about the second toke, I get a burnt taste and no flavor. In order to fix it, I have to unscrew the bottom atomizer like I am going to fill it and simply re-screw it on. Obviously not functioning as intended.

Did is I just get a defective piece? Or am I doing something wrong?

Edit: I am using it with a joyetech Ego-C Twist which is a battery confirmed compatible with the clearomizer.

Looks like a bottom feed setup. Have you tried priming it? To do so just put your fingers over the holes and suck through the mouth piece. I have had similar issues with the H2 when you first get them going. But after a proper priming they work great. Also be sure your liquid is not too thick. If it is put a few drops of water in your tank and shake it. Re-prime and try it again. Some liquids don't absorb as quickly as others, especially if they have a lot of VG (vegetable glycerin) in them.

If you primed it by pulling without hitting the button, didn't get juice in the air chambers beside the juice area, and aren't using a really high VG juice that takes more time to penetrate any wick and have it screwed down properly, then it could be the pin on your Twist needs to be pulled up. I have six of them I use all day with no higher than 50% VG and haven't had the problem you're having. Have you tried another atty to see if the one you're using might be defective? Though I don't think that's the case or it wouldn't be firing at all. Have you contacted the vendor? If you go over to the Eroll subforum here... Eroll uses the same atty.... there are threads showing how to clean the atty. Summarizing, you can use a tiny flat head screw driver to work the bridge (part with the spike) off and see if the wick is touching the filament and causing it to burn.
