Issue with my Provari V1

Hi !

I have an issue with my Provari V1, all seems to be ok, led is ok, I can acces to the menu, upgrade and downgrade volts etc, but it does not produce any more vapor.
I replaced the battery & aty, tried with a new carto, new battery etc... No vapor...
I tried with an aty measured at 2 ohms on my Mini, and when I put it on the V1,
it indicates 1,3 ohms. So tried with an other one measured at 2,8 ohms on the Mini,
and it indicates 1,3 ohms too...
Is the board out of order ???
A solution ?

No voltage between center pin and ground when I press the button...
I think the board is clearly out !
Does anyone know how to contact Provape ?
