Seems I am always asking noob questions on here lately. I only have been because I been experimenting with different Techniques and setups.
Anyway, I am using 2.4 ohms with the smoktech vivi nova ( pyrex) I keep getting a burnt taste vaping Cinnabun. Only way I haven't got the taste is vaping it at 6.5 Watts. I usally am around 9.5 Watts for most Juices. I also am not used to this tank. I am usally Around 8-9W on my vision vivi nova at 2.4 ohms. It seems like I have to lower my watts/volts to avoid the burnt taste, Therefor I lose favor and vapor. Doesn't seem right to sacrifice favor and vapor just to avoid the burnt taste. Am I doing something wrong, or is something wrong with my coil? Am I not understanding something? I just don't get it, I want to actually taste my juice and get nice hits like I am used to. I never had this problem with anyother tanks but Carto tanks.

It could be an issue between that particular flavor and the wicks in the Vivi Nova. Are you tipping your Vivi Nova tank frequently to keep the wicks wet?

A particular flavor may taste different in different juice attachments. It may taste better in a different type of attachment. I've noticed that with the Cinnamon flavors that I use in my cartotanks, which are clear liquids, after a period of time the filler becomes a dark somewhat crimson color in the carto. Weird. It also acts like a darker flavor rather than a clear flavor, shortening the life of the carto.

I always adjust my voltage to each specific flavor I'm vaping. I pay no attention to what wattage or voltage other people say works best for them. What works for them may not work for me. I have different flavors and juices, and different gear than they do. There are too many variables at play to make generalized statements that this or that is the only or best way. Use what works best for you.

Yeah I keep the wick wet and everything. I don't know whats up with it. Maybe its because the wick is new? Idk. I have tried all kinds of wattage, seems nothing works. I am thinking about putting a 1.8ohm coil in. They are my fav. I just didn't want to ruin it if it is the juice that is the issue.
