Issues with latest batch of Eastmall LR901's.

    In fairness Di, I believe this issue is being handled very professionally and amicably on both sides, not least because of the very happy trading relationship enjoyed by both parties, that we'd all like to see continued.

    But, the fact still remains that postage costs will put folk out of pocket on this . . . indeed several members who have bought just one or two packs from our order of 27, have contacted me to say that they won't be returning them as it's just not worth their while with postage costs. :(

    If you are able to intercede with David on our behalf, on this point, I'd personally be most grateful to you.

    Please send me the details of the order number
    and the items you are unsatisfied with --

    please give me the names of the individual customers,
    and their shipping cost to return the particular items to you,
    and then your shipping cost to return the items to us.
    and your shipping cost to send out to them again with the reship.

    List it like I have asked it here please so it is clear for them at HQ.
    I will also explain it all clearly to them.


    I will ask David to honour my words,
    and issue the gift cards to the appropriate names of your customers from that order.
    and also to you for the mass return to us when you have collected them for return.
    and for your reshipping to them once again.

    I'll PM you with all those details when I have them, am still waiting for a couple
    more members atomisers to reach me, then of course I've to ship them all back.

    So it will be a couple of days before I have all this, but I'll be as swift as possible.

    Just to update this thread with the situation thus far . . . Di has personally refunded me for our collective postage costs, which I think is quite extraordinary of her and more than a sign of good
    faith from Eastmall in their desire to resolve this unfortunate situation for our group.

    The atomisers themselves are on their way back to David, where I'm sure we will be treated in a equally decent manner.

    you have your postage refunds, from me,

    and you will be treated in a swift and satisfactory manner when the atties arrive at head office

    hi all, on my last order I asked twenty eastmall LR 901 and all are different from previous work orders and evil, ego batteries do not work on the thread of indulgence, even in the provari constantly fails, what has happened to these 901? were the best I knew and now I think I will not buy.
    apart from the 901, the drip tips were changed, the order will be held customs for 15 days, I had to pay 30 € to collect customs .... a disaster.
    Spanish Forum vapeando.com there are more people who this has happened but since it is a big order, no one has claimed, now I read this and I had to tell my story, I have sent photos of the 901 received selina, I'm waiting response.

    I am sorry for this issue with your atties.

    You have done the right thing to write to selina at customer service,

    she is the person who can give the authority for returning them
    and having either a refund, or replacement of it .

    I hope that you will get an answer soon from her and it will be made good for you ----

    Just to finish the story for my particular group's issue. . . .

    I've recieved a full refund from Selina for the returned defective atomisers so I can get refunds
    issued to all our members who purchased them.

    We've loved Eastmall's LR901 atomisers and hope the problems with them will be fixed for when we do our next group buy.

    A huge thank you to Eastmall and dear Di, who has been an absolute star throughout all of this.

    Hi Di: I thought I had posted this but it's not showing up. I too have an issue with the 901LR atomizers. I just received an order that several people and myself put together. The atomizers that work only do so on certain 901 Riva batteries. I have backed out the threads and that works for a while but it does not work on all of them. I just wanted to let you know that the problem has not been resolved. I will contact Eastmall. I just hope they respond in a timely matter.
