Hello everyone,

To cut straight to the point, from this point forward Liquidxpress will be adding some radical guidelines to ensure your items are included in the order.

It hurts to have to go to this extreme but our only other option of protecting ourselves against people abusing the system is to just stop supplying in general.

I have been honest and upfront with people when I feel mistakes have taken place and try to give the best customer service that you will find from a supplier.

We put processing CAP (corrective action plan)'s into place to stop orders from having lost items as of Wed. the 13th. If after this point we find people are abusing the system all orders from that customer will be rejected from this point forward.

Why don't I get that? lol Are people saying they didn't get things that they ordered? How tacky!

I got my order yesterday and it seems that there was something not right with it....I had three bottles of flavoring in with my two bottles of taboo!! ;)

Thanks, Rob. I have mixed the cherry limeade and will try it tonight or in the morning.

:)Rob, So sorry you have had people abusing your product line.I for one have had (honest) an error; it has only happened once to me and you are making it right,:)And will waiting for it to come to me in the mail.She Shea,but guess these things can happen perhaps my taboo flavoring went to QueenINNC.
At all lengths perhaps the new rules/guidelines will avoid any misuse by people and avoid any errors from happening,I think as loyal customers we won't have a problem with that,kinda like insurance :D the items will be in the bag.Looking forward to getting my taboo flavoring.thanks Rob

Appreciate all your kind words everyone, We've seen nothing but helpful responses in our email from this post and thank each and every customer for at least trying us and giving us a chance. I really appreciate your patronage!

Rob--I was out of town and we just are getting done with a Hardware order due to this ban--expect an order in the next few days---thanks Rob--Sun
