Issues with tank cart - constant bubbles messing up my vape. :(

I recently switched to my second atty because the first one was starting to under-perform a bit, and ever since then, I've been having a really irritating issue (never had it with the first atty)...

I only get one (maybe two) hits before it starts tasting funky, so I take out the cart, and sure enough, I see a huge air bubble around the hole where the fluid comes out. I have to tip it over, then back to get rid of the bubble, and reinsert the cart. This gets really annoying having to do it a million times a day.

Any ideas?

I have never had the bubble problem, but I do have the taste issue. Every liquid i've tried taste's the same. Burnt.

That's weird, I've never had the burned taste issue. Have you tried other attys?

Is the tank you are using new? I am reaching here but maybe the little plastic tabby thing that the atomizer creates when it pierces the tank is somehow covering the needle and creating this????

Nah, I cut that plastic tab off.

It seems the problem had to do with the cart. It unusually fit into the atty very easily and more loosely compared to my other carts, so maybe it was getting too much airflow and creating a bubble or something (I don't know, I'm no scientist). I tried a new cart and it doesn't seem to be happening, and this one is much tighter.
