iStick Bending Adaptor.. Careful..

I recently added the bending adaptor to my istick. I bought it from a German site and it is excellent. Not only does it allow me to fold up my vape but also saves the istick threads from damage and allows instant access to the bottom of the atty when the odd wipe is necessary. A must have item. My friend managed to scratch the finish a bit when he was fitting his one. The hinge is very stiff at first and you need to get the jaws open to use the clever, flush screwing system to attach it to the istick. This is where my friend went wrong. Use a toothpick or something a bit soft. The temptation is to use a knife or something hard because it is so stiff and the gap is so small but, as Jimmy discovered, this can scratch or even break the adaptor. Happy Christmas!
