Yesterday I drilled the air hole on my RM2 to 5/64 and it was beautiful for what I vape mostly, strong menthols, but when I switched to a lighter fruity flavor I noticed some flavor loss. Necessity being the mother of invention and inspired by one I had seen on here, I decided to forage in the dirty basement to see what I had. I found one of these:
I cut off the bottom half with a hacksaw. Then after about a 1/2 hour of twisting, turning, wrenching, vice gripping and other tooling I had downstairs I came out with this:
I didn't have to drill a hole, I just used the screw hole that was already there.
Like I said it ain't pretty, but it works as advertised. I've always been more of a function over form guy anyway (case in point: I wear crocs almost everywhere knowing full well how preposterous they look, but not caring because my feets is happy)
I just wanted to share this, because I am not handy at all, so if I can make this work, you'll probably do it about elevendy times better! Cheers!
