got my titan today all good gave it charge at work lasted me till 4 when i was driving home, but one of the attys dont work so been on the phone gotta send it back for replacement, how long will an atty last ?
Depends, if you run it dry too often or never clean it, maybe a week or two. If you keep it wet and clean it regularly it can last quite a long time. I'm still using one of my original 510 attys that came with my kit almost two months ago. I clean mine once a week and never abuse it.
I would have to agree with Rebel. A wet atty is a happy atty. I wont take you long to realize when one is dry hitting the taste is pretty bad. Once you know that they should last you quite awhile. You could also could have just had bad luck and got a bad one. It happens sometimes. Having spares is highly recommended. I learned that one the hard way.
I agree with keeping the atty wet. i do not agree with cleaning the atty. Definitely need to blow them out, but unless you have to get a bad taste out. I find they work better if you don't clean them.
Just my
My 510 & LR510 attys have lasted me at least 2 months with no signs of slowing down. I usually just blow them out once or twice a day and never clean them......
