It Figures...New to vaping & Having First Online Order Problems!

Hi All,

I did tons of research online & read reviews here & finally excitedly decided to get my Ego-CC starter kit & VG e-liquids from virginvapor.com. The site FAQ's section says orders are processed in 48 hrs.; well, it's been 4 days and I have yet to see my order status updated to even "processing" on their site (still says "unfulfilled"), and I even sent inquiring emails via their site's "contact" tab and via my personal email with no response at all. *sigh* I REALLY want my new stuff asap so I can get started on my new vaping adventure and am used to online vendors being more responsive than this, especially when my order has been paid in full. What gives? Is this typical protocol from this vendor? The other thing that really chaps my hide is after ordering I realized that there is no phone number to be found anywhere on their site either! :(

Any guidance on this would be appreciated. I'd really like to just cancel my order and move on to another, more reliable vendor, but I can't even get a response from vv to do that!

No phone number, but they do have a facebook page under Virgin Vapor. I'd be mighty ...... in your place, so good luck.

To edit this, it's possible they're experiencing some delays. From their facebook: "Please bear with us! We had an AWESOME response to the Thanksgiving sale. We're all working super hard to answer emails and get orders out as quickly as possible without compromising quality! Thank you so much for all of your orders, and thank you for your patience and understanding!"

Well it is the holidays, and a bunch of sales have been going on, but can feel your frustration, been waiting on an order from Germany and it's been sitting in exports since the 28th.

I have never ordered from that company, didn't see anything they had that I'd be interested in. You can either be patient and wait, or contact you bank, cancel the payment and reorder from another site and then wait again. Tis the season for the Vapemail blues.

So I suspect that you are falling victim to the scam of the century ... oh ... wait, wrong thread ...

Seriously though, I am guessing it is due to the holiday season, lots of vendors have slowed down for this very reason. If they are not answering email, you could *try* messaging them through Facebook as well, it may be that they monitor Facebook more frequently than email. Messaging in both places increases the odds that you will get a response.

You might also try asking them if they would toss in a sample of some juice flavor for the delays you are experiencing. Just a thought!

Ugh! I feel ya Suddenly. I ordered a starter kit & juice samples and I'm all antsy after 4 days of no progress, dunno how u r managing after 2 wks! & my bank can't reverse the charge since I used my debit card dangit!

Last nite I went to a local vape store and bought one battery, 2 awesome evod clearomizers, usb charger, 2 bottles of ejuice, and a carrying case which all cost me a little more than my whole virgin vapor order for a 2 battery starter kit that included everything else needed to start vaping, & 5 ejuice sample bottles. Grr! Sooo aggravating when you really want something and the powers that be just seem to be working against ya! I was groaning to the heavens, "Do you want me to quit smoking analogs or not?!!" Sheesh!

Thanks Carrie. They don't have a phone number listed anywhere. Didn't notice that until after I ordered from them. Ugh! Will try to be patient.

Kaori, when I first started vaping I went to a Brick and Mortar with good customer service. I had a ton of questions and problems. I must have been in the shop a couple times a week. You may pay a little more at an actual Vape store, but that's a small price to pay for the ability to walk in and get something resolved immediately when you first start vaping. There are B&M's that are cropping up that are price gouging the un-savvy consumer, so do your homework.
There is a B&M that opened a few months ago in my town. I went in to check them out and see what mods they carried and see if they carried ProTanks. They had no idea I was already a vaper. The first thing they tried to sell me were over-priced mech's. Really? I had an immediate need for PT2 mini. They had them in-stock, but they were $7 higher than the B&M 5 miles away in the next town.

So....a customer HAS TO GO TO SOCIAL MEDIA for a status report on the company??????????????????????!!!!!!:evil:
Yeah....I'll say it......I HATE SOCIAL MEDIA and will NEVER GO ON IT!!
To basically FORCE someone to yield to something they have absolutely NO DESIRE OR INTEREST IN to obtain info is, IMHO....
BEYOND NASTY!!

A lot of dealers lol are small one two people operations ??
Let's hope that's all it is
I had a order show up 5 weeks after they gave me back my money ??????
Did resend the money I was not looking for a freebie they take good care of me now lol
