Nice combination, but man that needs a sleeve or some fine grit sanding. You could chuck the connector end in a drill for this quite easily.
Maybe a coating of putty epoxy, before it sets smooth with a wet paper towel. Could even paint it when it sets.

very crafty! unfortunate it doesn't sit flush, but i bet an o-ring would make it look better by filling in that gap.

its a easy way for people to have adapter for their ufs. all you need is drill.
yes it does have small space, but it works.
I did the same thing about 6 months ago with the battery cap from a GGTS... Just drilled the hole where the post inserts the rest of the way through and tapped the rest of the way (901) threading then took a 510 to 901 adapter screwed it in the bottom, and adjusted the center pin of the adapter (backed it out) until it made contact.
