I have so many car chargers for phones, GPS, blah, blah, blah. My fav is one that makes the entire dashboard go neon. It's my double-decker w/ the same voltage as V4L's but, my PT wasn't getting enough power from it.
Instead of trying to save $3, I decided it could be a product compatibility issue and, sure enough...it was.(I wasn't expecting to notice a big difference, either. --- I really don't get the technical side of 2 amps (don't waste your time trying to explain it-I can't compute it

) - just happy I can vape in my car again.
No, no fires but, the one USB port does make hard to charge several things at one time on long trips. And I'm going to vape 1st leaving everything else uncharged until the last minute. It vapes as well as on my computer! I'm so loving it!
I have seen self contained units (rather large & on the the theory of the PCC but half the outlets fit car chargers and the rest fit USBs directly - don't remember where I saw it, though might have been with camping gear) where you can plug in 4 or 5 devices at one time but not even going there - you're right - even self-contained they look like a fire hazard.
I'm just happy I got this thing - makes my life a little simpler.
Thanks for the fuse info!
Sweet! I didn't realize the V4L Car Charger was capable of 2 Amps
The Vapor King Car adapter can be used to charge a Vapor King battery (along with the USB charger) or will power the Vapor King Passthrough. It is rated at 5V and 2000mA.
THIS IS FABULOUS WITH OUR PASSTHRU'S.....ENJOY, AND VAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the Fuse in your car blows (the one that protect the ciggy lighter), you've added too many things
It's possible to upgrade the Fuse to a higher rating, but its not advisable for safety reasons. The last thing you want is a nice little electrical fire inside you car.
