Holy cow!!! (I read it in one of your posts Lisa, an I like this exclamation. We, generally use "Porco cane" (litterally ig dog!!!) or "Porca miseria" (litterally : Pig misery!!!) These are the equivalent of your "Holy cow", that for us for us, literally means only: cow (animal) saint
