iTaste MVP charging other devices..

Good morning all!

I have a quick question about the iTaste MVP and it's ability to charge other devices. So I'm looking to upgrade my girls device to an iTaste MVP especially, since it can charge other devices. For whatever reason my girls phone dies all the time...I personally blame Candy Crush, but she insists she's not playing that much...Anyway does anyone know if this device has the ability to charge an iphone 5? I know the supplied cord does not come with the newer connection, but will it work if I used the cord the iphone 5 came with? I'm just wondering because it looks like the iTaste has a usb connection on the bottom.

Yes it will work i use it to charge mine all the time.
