Itaste mvp

Hi all, I have an itaste MVP, which has work fine since I got it 4 months back, but haven't used it for 2 months and went to charge it and the vv display is staying on at 3.3 Permantly won't charge and I have had juice in it since I haven't been using it and wandering why the 3.3 display is on solid and will NOT go off :-(. Any help would be appreciative

Here are a few things I'd try. As mentioned turned it off then on (if it will), try to charge another device with it, take a multimeter and test the voltage it is actually putting out. Let us know what you find out.
