Well, it's very sad, especially as this is my 1st posted Thread...

My 1st (yes...) iTaste SVD I got thru SV arrived right after my 2nd VAMO (yes, a theme is developing here) & I loved it.
Still I love it, despite it being, well, kinda dead. Thing is, it doesn't read ohms anymore. All else is fine...except no more resistance reading, no more working SVD!

Tragic for me cuz I love this mod above any I have; eVic, VAMO...& I love those 2 as well ;-) Thank goodness.

OK, 1st I'm sharing, but 2, I'm also asking for advice, form newbies & oldies alike ;-)

Luv & V8P' On!

Welcome , and as what has been mentioned already . Check to see if the little gasket/o-ring , is still under the contact plate ( where you screw in your device ) If not , go to Lowes , or Home Depot , and get a size 60 o-ring ( plumbing ) and put in under the contact plate . Gently pry up the plate alittle , and move to one side . I cut my o-ring in half , made it much easier to do . Take one half , and put under the plate , then carefully lift the plate over , so it's on top of the piece of o-ring , you just put in . Again , move the plate over to one side , and put in the other half . That should make you device read ohm's again . Very common problem , with Vamo's , and the SVD'S . Good Luck
