I am looking to by my first vv mod. I was wondering which is better itaste svd or vamo3?

I'd also recommend the iTaste MVP v2. Great VV/VW mod, tons of battery life, charging out option.
I have a Vamo 5 ..... It was my first purchase when I started vaping..... I wished I would have waited and learned a little more before buying it...... It works great though.
My biggest problem with it.... Is its Big
But it have served me well.
I mostly use a Provari now and some mechs.

I have the SVD and a Sigelei Zmax V3 Flat Top. I run both with 18650's.
The SVD is nice but big and their fire button has issues. I've already done a warranty exchange but they took care of it without complaint, I had to pay the shipping to the repair center.
The Sigelei is much smaller and so far has been a good PV. If I grabbing a tube device, between the two I normally grab the V3.

Have 2 SVD's. One shorted and got super hot and the other"s button doesn't work. Tried to get it repaired but Innokin said their repair facility is being still being built. I would stay away from the SVD. Seems a lot of people are having button problems.Don't know about the Vamo since I don't have one.
Agree with the SVD being a bit dodgey. My fire button only lasted a few month and I've hade to replace with a cheap tesla, it was all I could get quickly. I know I will never get another svd infact I'm avoiding innokin all together now for mods.
My SVD works great one year in (granted I rarely use it nowadays as I prefer mech mods). My Vamo v5 broke a week after I got it. Probably just a bad unit, it felt quite solid

The Vamo 3's 510 threading failed after about a month or two, I bought a replacement stainless steel top cap, soldered the wires to it, and it's been going strong since then.
My first SVD had an electrical failure after a month. I attempted to unlock it (holding the + and - buttons down together) and a puff of acrid smoke came out of it, and it stopped working. I sent it back and got a replacement.
A month in, and the fire button started getting wonky, Not firing every time unless you pushed it "just so", and random shutdowns. It now sits on a shelf in my vape cabinet, on the injured reserve list until the day I feel like taking it apart and seeing what's up (not worth it to me to send it back again, just to get another lemon).
I know it's a little more money, but in the same performance class, I'd go with a Sigelei Zmax.

The SVD is a blot on Innokin's copybook, while the Vamo has been made by several firms and you could get a duff one. Maybe think again?
I know it's not on your list but..........a similar type, solid performer would be the Segelei v3 telescopic. Has bells and whistles, easy to use and accepts more batt sizes
