itazte vv not working

Bought an itazte vv about three months ago, it's fully charged but it isn't working. The green light comes on, but shows no readings and won't turn on and or off.

I'd be climbing the walls without a vape... Your switch maybe at fault; try flicking it with your finger nail in different directions.
