Not once.

That's crazy....hasn't happened to anyone I know yet.

But here's what I don't get...the item was released by Customs for handling with Canada Post right?

Actually I got one with the same tracking info. It was customs. Then it was resent and the next time Health Canada sent me a letter saying my package contained nicotine which is a restricted drug, and I would have to be a physician to import nicotine. Then it was held for twenty day more before sending back to sender. My original order was first placed in the beginning of Nov. 2009. Yesterday I recieved an email from ecig.com asking If I would like it resent again. This time I'll only request hardware.
