Ithaka special tricks

If you want to have a dripping experience with Ithaka-Ody-Penelope close mouthpiece and vape. When the taste change, open mouthpiece about 3-4 turns and close it again. Ithaka is filled again now.

Do it anytime you like and your experience will be just like dripping without the hassle of dripping (liquid on mouth after dripping or keeping a bottle in your hands all the time

This is actually how I use Ithaka for the most part lately.
It started before going to bed, when I wondered if closing the mouthpiece and vaping to dry a little bit would make the resistance live a little bit longer (you know, I thought it's not completely drown in juice, and maybe less residues form on it) and i was extremely surprised about the long series of drwas I was able to do without actually reaching dryness.
Consider that I always build Ithaka a la mrKrinkle, and a lot of juice reaches the coil in this case, sometimes you are near to flooding (but only near, some practice and you stay in equilibrium with an extremely wet vapor), so I just close the mouthpiece and vape. When I feel the flavour decreasing a little I reopen and so on.
It works guys, it works!

Thanks a lot for the clarification Zio. Also I just found that Ithaka can change its coil without emptying the tank, by unscrewing its base, change wire, and screw the base again. All these by keeping it upside down.

This drip mod with close MP is improving the coil function when get to much saturate,
Realy good,and the extra for changing coil is simply all includ stuf,but no problem there,
as the Ithaka allready the most easy tank to feel or to take the juice out.
An atty tank full of features,this is spot on,we are very furtunate to have this atomizer.

You're welcome! It's just how I use it in fact, but it didn't come to my mind to describe this...
About the coil changing method: well, probably it works, but when I recoil I like to unmount it completely, clean it, let it dry. In less words: I like to take care of it, it's part of the fun. And in the meantime, while it dries, I still have two penelope to vape on, so...

when I change coil I too take it apart first and clean all its pieces just like you Lo zio. But a GG friend 2 months ago told me that Ithaka has all the features of the world but not the ability to change its coil without emtying the tank, so if the user forget to check if the coil is working (lets say that its not working in our case) he has to empty again the tank, to change coil and then to refill for one more time. But things are not like this as you will notice in the video that is uploading right now

Ok. I'll try this weekend for my own curiosity with the ithaka and GG mp. I don't see how this works with the all drip tip mp. Way too short.

It will work Yankee because the mouthpiece comes long with your drip tip on it. As least thats how I see it right now. But it works for sure with the regular Ithaka's mouthpiece as you see.

That may depend on what drip tip is on it. I know the ones I see won't go through the top cap.

I dont think that drip tip has to go though cap yankee. If it stops on the top cap you will be ok for sure. But if you have strange drip tips then they cant sit on table, you have to keep body on your hands

I used to do it all the time on Penelope and now on Ithaka.

I'll have to try it. Especially when I refilled prematurely. If it's empty I'd probably still give it a good cleaning.

But when it's not problem at all to do, maybee there is more things to
Invastigate,more options regarding coils,and.. Maybe it's not for me to post it hear
After I learn on all the scum.
I sure Imeo think on those options,in more efective way.
I also did the MP thing at at night after half tank of boba's bounty(close it and vape it
close) and in the morning opened it to vape ,it perform almost
Iike fresh new coil.
