O.K. Is it the two batteries for 6V on the Grand? I am totally not well schooled on anything but the 3.7 batteries. So would this take a new charger also? Inquiring minds want to know!

Two of these and charge them with one of these, using the 3.0/3.2 volt setting.

I tried the Tenergy battery + charger combo but wouldn't buy them again.

Looks like my Ultrafire WF-139 will charge them. The CR123. I do not understand the difference between the two chargers except the switch to change the volts.

Are you sure it's a WF-139? I looked it up here and read the following:

NOTE:

  • The power output of this charger is incorrect for the protected 3V 750 & 900mah RCR123A cells that we carry.
  • We specifically do not recommend using this charger for those cells.
Only use this charger with 3.6 & 3.7V cells.

Thank you Margie. I don't have any of those batteries so I am not in danger of throwing them on the wrong charger! I had just read what it said on the RDT site for the WF-139: UltraFire WF-139 3.7V Charges 3.6/3.7 volt rechargeable batteries including 14500, 16340, CR123, 17650, 17670, 18350, 18500, 18650 and more. When I saw that it said CR123 I did not see anything about volts.

Requires 15mm spacer for 16340, 123 and 18350 batteries

Karen, DO NOT use a WF-139 to charge 3v batteries. They will overcharge and could explode. Either get the Tenergy kit, or, if you have a WF-188, there is a 3v charging switch.

The tenergy lifpo4 work great. I got the kit 6 months ago 6 batts with the charger for cheap.

I have 2 AW lifepo4 but I always grab the tenergy because they last longer.
Mine have the green on them and are 750 mAh (supposedly) :)
They have some that have some blue on the label that are higher ... 850 maybe ? Haven't tried those, I wonder if they are a bit longer? If so I would stick with the 750. Thinking about getting a 10 pack of them actually.

8 batts with 3 REOs going at 6v is not cutting it :)

It's somewhat misleading. It will charge 3.7 volt CR123 batteries, but for 6 volt vaping, you use (2) 3 volt batteries.
